    Standard Ground Shipping

    Most items will arrive within 2-5 business days. However, we ask that you please allow 7 business days for your package to arrive. You will be contacted in advance if this is not to be the case.

    Shipping Cost

    Shipping is based on weight and ship to destination. We have distribution centers in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Chicago, Illinois and Dallas, Texas.

    Free Shipping

    Free Shipping applies to all purchases over $100.00 (after discounts and offers are applied) for new customers with advance payment. It also applies to all registered customers with existing accounts. This offer is not valid for International Customers.

    Sales Tax

    The sales tax for a purchase is based upon the zip code from where the merchandise is shipped.

Your browser and SI Medical Supply’s secure server encrypt your confidential information during transmission, ensuring that your purchase stays private and protected.

    International Shipping

    SI Medical Supply welcomes international customers. SI Medical Supply will only ship to the registered billing addresses of international customers. If an international customer elects PayPal as their form of payment for orders placed with us, SI Medical Supply will only ship to PayPal confirmed ship-to addresses.

    Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing your order.

    International Delivery Times: Your shipping carrier will be determined at checkout. Delivery may take up to 18 business days (depending on the country in which you reside).

    RETURN or EXCHANGE of a PRODUCT:

    Product returns are acceptable within 14 days of delivery and may be subject to a restocking fee for select brands. For qualifying returns, the restocking fee may be up to 20%. If the return is used or damaged, the restocking fee could be higher. The buyer is also responsible for returning items to our warehouse for return order processing.

    Use the RETURNS link in the Customer Service section at the bottom of the web site, or e-mail Customer Service at service@simedicalsupply.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. SI Medical Supply is not responsible for any product returned without an approved RMA number.

    If you are returning your item(s) for exchange, please clearly state the alternate color, style or size that you desire. This information will be stored within the RMA details log.

    As the return shipper, you are responsible for making sure that the package arrives to us. We recommend that you use a reliable source such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service (USPS) using delivery confirmation. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We neither accept C.O.D deliveries nor third-party billing for returned merchandise. Be advised that your original shipping costs will not be refunded for product that is not damaged or defective.

    To ensure full credit, all products returned must be new with tags and packaging intact. Products must have original UPC codes on the products and packaging. Manuals must be intact, and the RMA Number must be provided on the return package shipment. If any of the above is not returned with the item, you may be subject to a 25% repackaging fee. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

    Once your package arrives, we will follow-up with the appropriate action requested at the time the RMA # was issued. If a credit is to be issued, please allow 7 – 10 business days from product receipt at our warehouse for credit to be processed.
